By accessing or using the Techieszon website, services, and products (including web development, cloud solutions, digital strategy, web hosting, and bulk SMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Provision of Services

Techieszon provides various digital and software engineering services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in separate mutually agreed-upon statements of work or service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user or client of Techieszon, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
• Use our infrastructure and services (including hosting and SMS APIs) only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to breach the security or disrupt the performance of our systems.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a service agreement, Techieszon retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying codebase, frameworks, and methodologies used to develop solutions. Custom code and specific deliverables created for a client become the client's property upon full payment of all respective fees.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for custom development projects, hosting, and SMS services are specified at the time of purchase or contract signing. Techieszon reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue invoices. All quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techieszon, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

Techieszon reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
